2. Drinking Alcohol and Using Addicted Drug

In Point 10 of Article 9 of Law on Land Traffic stated that drinking alcohol or addicted drug is prohibited as follow:

* The drivers are prohibited from drinking the liquor with the alcoholic rate from 0.5 mg per liter of gas or from 0.25 mg per liter of blood.
