3. Wearing Safety Helmet and Seat Belt

3.1 Wearing Safety Helmet

In Point 4 of Article 9 of Law on Land Traffic orders driver of motorcycles, tricycles and the motorcycles with trailers must wear safety helmets. For those who seat behind should also wear safety helmet as well to protect the head when there is an accident.

3.2 Wearing Safety Belt

In Point 3 of Article 9 of Law on Land Traffic order the drivers and passengers who sit at the front seats of the vehicles must wear the safety seat belts.
